Bill Elder, founder of Applied Copier Concepts, is a highly respected veteran of the office equipment industry, with more than 30 years' experience. He has previously been involved with the startup of three Konica Minolta office equipment dealerships in the Hickory, NC, Greenville and Columbia, SC areas. His strong reputation for excellence with Konica Minolta led the company to ask him to open a dealership in the Greensboro/High Point, NC area, which he did in 1991.

Bill's reputation for excellence and his belief that no matter how large a company becomes, it should never separate itself from its original diligence to the client has led to unprecedented growth. Today, Applied Copier Concepts is one of the largest privately owned office equipment dealerships in the area.

Applied Copier Concepts has remained true to its mission of providing outstanding copier sales, service and support to its clients. Applied Copier Concepts' staff members have, on average, 14-18 years of copier and print industry experience. Applied Copier Concepts is one of the few locally owned office equipment firms in the Piedmont Triad, and operates its facility in Greensboro, N.C.
